Betty Ng’s purpose is to bring out the superhero in each of her clients, friends, and family members by helping them channel their identity into a superpower to achieve their goals while fostering a culture of belonging. For over two decades, Betty rose to senior corporate executive ranks, navigating challenges and successes. Her journey, described as “From Pain to Purpose and Promise,” began in a poor single-parent household in NYC’s Chinatown.

• An entrepreneur, consultant, professional speaker, trainer, and certified pickleball & life coach.
• The founder of Pickleball Positive and the A-Z Behaviors for Success.
• Founder and President of Positive Communities Inc. (dba Pickleball Positive Communities), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit which empowers underserved communities to thrive on and off the pickleball court!
• The founder and CEO of Inspiring Diversity, LLC (“iD”), which provides a roadmap to empower employees to succeed and foster conscious inclusion.
• A #1 bestselling author who wrote “PO-LING POWER: Propelling Yourself and Others to Success” with her mother and launched the award-winning “Penguins and Pals” children’s book series.
• A co-founder of the Asian American Authors Book Club which elevates the stories of Asian American authors.
Betty is a dynamic facilitator of team building and strategic events to promote organizational success. Betty also speaks and trains on topics such as “From Pain to Purpose & Promise”, “PO-LING POWER™”, “TAIQ™ Conscious Inclusion", “Building Cultural Competence”, “Inclusive Networking”, and the “AMAZING Approach to Self-Advocacy and Negotiations”. Betty holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, a B.A. in Economics with honors from Stanford University, and an executive education certification from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She is also a certified public accountant, advanced open water diver, life coach and pickleball coach.
